MPS** It's my Birthday!!** Challenge

My sister has a birthday this month so I put together this card for her.  I wanted to use the birthday cake from the Simply Charmed cart and the DCWV Sweet treats paper so here is what I came up with. 


What I used:

Cart- Simply Charmed
Stamps- PKS Everyday face assortment and Studio 112
Paper- Recollections, DCWV and Papertrey Ink
Ribbon- from stash
Stickles- crystal
Other- ATG, white gel pen
